About the book
We are all trying to make our dreams come true, trying to reach what we all have longed for.
Sometimes we search blindfolded and sometimes we climb a steady latter. That's up to
each individual and their faith.
The photo book "In between dreams" tells the different stories of 17 individuals,
trying to reach their dreams.
In between dreams is an examination project by us, the class named KY08FDB. Studying photography at
Broby Grafiska, our goal is to release the book
as an examination project. On the 11 to 15th of April, it was also exhibited at the famous art gallery
[KG52] in Stockholm, where the book release were held
at the same time.
Layout and content
The book is printed in 750 copies. It contain texts (e.g. foreword, sponsors) and work of the
authors on a total of about 80 pages. Each of the 17 authors have two spreads, of which one
page is dedicated to the authors name and three pages are dedicated to the respective authors work.
Considering the great number of authors, the book cover a big range of photographic genres
and styles.
Foreword is written by Nina Grundemark, educated photographer and owner of the famous photo gallery Galleri Ikon, located in Stockholm.
Appearance and sales
In between dreams will appear at numerous photo events in Sweden, covering a big range of audience.
